Hungryroot - a food delivery review

Maybe you've seen Hungry Root ads pop up in your feeds lately - they are an interesting meal delivery system that doesn't require more than 2 steps of cooking. It's all calorie controlled (if that's your thing), delicious, and convenient. I had a few deliveries and wanted to highlight my absolute favorite - the kale yuba power bowl with edamame and ginger tahini. I have never had yuba before but fell in love with it. It's the skin of tofu and almost worked like a noodle in this instance. It was easy, cooked perfectly, and made this bowl pack a huge protein punch. Not everything was my fave from there but they have such a great idea and model (plus some amazing black bean brownie batter - omg).
